The British Automatic Fire Sprinkler Association is the UK's oldest and biggest trade association for the fire sprinkler industry and its members install more than 85% of the sprinkler installations in the UK and many also design and install watermist systems.

CT CONTRACTS 2011 – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The government has announced that Part 8 of the Act to allow parties'to make the transition ready for 1st October 2011. Therefore, construction contracts entered into from 1st October 2011 will need to be made using the JCT Contracts 2011.   The JCT Contracts 2011 are expected to be published in early September, ahead of the implementation of Part 8 of the Act to allow parties' to make the transition ready for 1st October 2011.   Although published in September, JCT Contracts 2011 should not be used prior to the implementation date of Part 8 of the Act.   For any further details please contact Andrew Milner at Integritam email andrewmilner@integritam.com.
